Rachel Picton |
| Qualified in 1989 as a diagnostic radiographer and has worked in clinical, managerial and strategic posts within the NHS, private and overseas voluntary sector. Her recent commissions within the London Strategic Health Authority and Central London Healthcare Ltd. have progressed the large NHS change agenda via a focused encouragement of staff, supportive leadership development approaches, change projects and strong financial management. Her passion is to see creative, sustainable and efficient services and organisations that will impact communities in positive ways by enabling and envisioning others to look beyond the everyday situations, to the endless possibilities that await a ‘can-do’ mentality. She supports charity and community groups with their vision and leadership
skills to progress projects in the London borough of Haringey.
