Has been a Management Consultant for 5 years following a successful career in the third sector at senior management level in strategic positions.

She is keen to assist charities and independent sector organisations adapt to the changing demands bought about by health and social care policy and in particular to develop capacity towards ensuring sustainable independence for organisations dependant on grant funding and public sector contracting.

She has an MA in Business and Public Sector Strategy, is a trustee of 2 charities and is a Non Executive Director for Haringey Teaching PCT where she is Chair of Performance.
